Nicole M. Carter
Intro: Since joining our firm in 2022, Nicole has provided excellent service to our clients as a VA attorney. Her role involves representing disabled veterans in their claims against the Veterans Administration for service-connected compensation. Nicole began her career at the Birmingham Men's Law Firm where she gained experience in domestic relations law, criminal law, and probate law.
Background: Nicole is a Cum Laude graduate of Columbia Southern University, where she received B.S. degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Nicole continued to graduate with honors from the Birmingham School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor. She was admitted to the State Bar of Alabama and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama in 2021. These experiences have molded her into the outstanding attorney she is today.
Nicole’s “Why”: Nicole believes the United States of America made the men and women who fought and sacrificed for our country a promise to forever care for them in exchange for their service. She feels both humbled and honored at the opportunity to fight for them to receive the compensation they were not only promised but have earned.
